Main Functions

1. Feeding function: Automatic feeding material.

2. Feeding detection function: There's a sensor in feeding rack, if there's no fabric, the machine will automatic stop working to protect the machine.

3. Feeding rack limit function: motor drive to keep the edge of conveying cloth aligned and smooth.

4. Fabric side by side function: Using single needle chain stitch sewing machine,no need change bottom thread,can continue working,equipped with adjustable holder,can sewing filter bag diameter:100-300mm.

5. Automatic fixed length cutting function: Using cylinder drive cutting directly,synchronous cutting,synchronous remove the waste fabric.

6. Automatic sewing filter bag tube and bottom:Using five thread chain stitch sewing machine,sewing filter bag tube and bottom in once time.

7. Automatic hot stamping logo function:According to customer provide logo,using mold to hot stamping.
