Filter bag cutting machine is mainly cutting the large width fabric into desired size.Equipped with air shaft winding can control the tension of fabric,ensure cutting accuracy,winding fabric neatly and reduce labor cost.

Automatic feeding part:

1.Automatic clamping function: Both ends of the feeding rack clamp the raw material roll directly,no need pneumatic air shaft go through roll,feeding and operation easy.

2.Automatic lifting and down function :The hydraulic pump provides strong power to automatic lift and down the tons of fabric,reduce labor force.

3.Magnetic brake in feeding rack:2 sets magnetic brakes install in feeding rack,provide the tension to fabric when cutting process.

4.Electric deviation correcting controller:Automatic adjust edge fabric in cutting process.

Cutting part (Motorized blades):

1. Equipped with 6 set motorized blades for non-woven fabric cutting.Each blades can be independently controlled ON and OFF.

2.Sharpening function:Open the cutter motor in the operation plate,the cutter will automatic running,use grindstone to close the the cutter,then sharp.

3.Blades distance adjustable: Max cutting width 2.3 M, Min cutting width 300mm.

4.Slot:Equipped with 6 slots under the motorized cutting blades, protect cutter effectively,removable and replaceable.Lift the fabric in the working process to ensure horizontal cutting.
