Dual Station Filter Element Filtration Welding Machine ZS-SGW166
Mainly used for welding the plastic end caps at both ends of filter core.  

1. Non-contact heating technology: during the welding process of the filter end caps,the filter membranes or melt blown filters are melted by the hot plates,while the end capes are heated using infrared technology.

2. Compatible with various materials: PP and PES,ect.
 

3. Servo motor system:Equipped with high-precision servo motion system,welding end caps ensure consistent and accurate.

4. Intelligent operation: Touch screen has the capacity to store multiple recipe programs to accommodate different production needs,easy operation and quick control.

5. Adjustable welding distance:Can manual adjust distance,enhances flexibility,accommodating filter elements with length rang from 10 to 40 inches.
