Main Functions

1. Automatic feeding: Feeding system adopts stepper motor control, automatic positioning push material, can ensure the same spacing of each belt, product consistency is higher.

2. Accurate feeding:The width of the bottom tooth mold is increased to make feeding more accurate and convenient.

3. Automatic welding belt: Equipped with 2 groups of 15K 2600W high-power ultrasonic, automatic welding belt, high welding strength.

4. Fixed length cutting belt: Equipped with 20K 2000W ultrasonic cutting belt to ensure smooth incision and no loose wire.

5. Improve the feeding function: When the welding is finished, the cylinder will automatically feed the material up and then forward. This function prevents the cloth from getting stuck in the middle of the tooth mold, making it more perfect for conveying the cloth.
